Patient resources 

Working in collaboration with lung transplant community volunteers and the BC Lung Transplant Team, LT Housing Support provides practical  resources. 
ZOOM lung transplant support group webinars:  Once every two months, LT Housing Support and the VGH BC Lung Transplant Team collaborate to host a virtual (ZOOM -based) province-wide patient and caregiver gathering.  Learn more and sign up to be notified about our next support group webinar. 

Facebook lung transplant support groups: The BC Lung Transplant Support Facebook Group provides and the LT Housing Support Facebook Group are forums for patients and caregivers to share their experience. Learn how to join one or both Facebook support groups here.

​Free parking across from VGH: BC Lung provides free parking at the rear of its office building Download and complete the following parking day pass. Place it on your dash when attending hospital appointments or visiting loved ones. BC Lung's building is located at 2675 Oak Street, across from the VGH Diamond Centre where the Lung Transplant Program Clinic is located.
